Terms and conditions

1. The Offer is open to residents of Kenya above 18 years of age (“Participant”), except employees, agents, dealers, distributors, clients, and immediate families of the employees of London Distillers, and TOPREWARDS KENYA
2. Buy Kenya King 250ml or Napoleon Gold Brandy 250ml and get an airtime unique code on voucher, use the code to avail UPTO Kshs 100 airtime.
3. The Offer is valid from 15/NOV/2022 – 28/FEB/2023 (both dates included) in selected cities, till stocks lasts, whichever is earlier.
4. Offer is applicable and valid only Five times per user, per household, per mobile number, per week.
5. Entry to the Offer is void in States where prohibited/not allowed.
6. Airtime code is personal to the participant and cannot be transferred to anyone else.
7. Any queries or concerns regarding the redemption of the airtime voucher must be addressed to service provider directly.
8. All participants who have bought the promotional packs of products with a London Distillers Logo or airtime Logo and offer details during the offer period shall be eligible to receive the respective voucher during the Offer Period.
9. The voucher has no monetary value, is non-transferable, is non cashable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
10. In case of any misuse or reverse engineering or fraud or disruption caused to the offer by any person and if the same is identified, London Distillers Limited and Toprewards Kenya Ltd shall have the right to deny the participation or eligibility in the Offer and may take such action as may be allowed under applicable law.
11. In case of force majeure conditions, no liability in whatsoever manner shall fall upon the both the parties. Toprewards Kenya Ltd shall not be liable for any loss or damage due to the Act of God, Governmental actions, other force majeure circumstances and shall not be liable to pay any amount as compensation or otherwise for any such loss.
12. By participating in the Program, each participant agrees to hold harmless both the parties and their affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents.
13. TopRewards Kenya Ltd, its clients, agents and distributors cannot replace any lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers and reserve the right to withdraw or amend any details and/or prices without notice.
14. The Offer cannot be redeemed after the expiry of the Offer Period and the participant agrees to waive off right of redemption on the date of expiry of Offer Period.
15. If the participant has registered himself/herself to the DND of the telecom provider or National Do Not Call Registry, messages may not be received and no liability applies.
